The Drexel Terrace Community Association is open to all dues-paying homeowners.  Annual dues cover maintenance of shared spaces and community events.  Participation in the assocations provides the following:

• • Access to private green space with playground and field.

  • Neigborhood events like summer block party, annual yard sale, Easter Egg hunt, holiday gatherings, and more.

  • Access to the neighborhood contact directory.

  • Access to the neighborhood Facebook page.
